Meet Sian

Based in John L. Scott Puyallup’s office, Sian Irwin is an experienced broker with 19 years of experience.

Sian focuses on the Puyallup area including Sumner, Bonney Lake, Tacoma and University Place. She works with clients looking for a wide variety of properties, but she specializes in residential properties and does vacant land and multi-family properties as well. She is also a certified Seniors Real Estate Specialist, and enjoys helping the older generation buy and sell homes.

Sian sees her clients as more than just a transaction and she cares immensely about their goals, financial security and what they envision in a home. Her goal is to provide superior service and build friendships and working relationships that last a lifetime. To Sian, superior service means going the extra mile to make each clients transactional experience as stress-free as possible by educating her clients, anticipating potential issues, closely managing all details and communicating well throughout the process.

When she has free time, Sian loves to travel, hike, try new restaurants, read, cook, shop and watch movies. If she can do any of those things with a friends or family members it’s an added bonus!

Puyallup

The city of Puyallup sits in a valley just southeast of Tacoma near the foothills of Mount Rainier and the Cascades. Our verdant soil is known nationwide due to the beautiful Daffodils that grow here. Those flowers are distributed throughout the west and are celebrated each spring during the Daffodil Festival. Named for the Puyallup native american tribes who first settled here, Puyallup is also the name of the river that flows through town and has its origins in a glacier on nearby Mount Rainier. The river provides fishing opportunities and other waterfront activities. And the local fish hatchery is a favorite spot for school trips and family outings.
